How long does it take to setup my account?
Usually your account will be created within 24 hours. We say usually, because we learned last summer that hurricanes and other events beyond our control can play havoc with our schedules.

How much work is really involved with setting your Daily Horoscopes up?
Relatively speaking not much. What you will get is code to display the daily horoscope for today, tomorrow and yesterday for each sign of the Zodiac. That's a total of 36 lines of code. If you have a site template ready, then it is simply a matter of dropping these lines of code into your template. You can do this a number of ways. For instance, you can place all of the code on a single page, or you could make a page for each horoscope. Neither way takes long to do.

What happens if I cancel my subscription in the middle of a 30 day cycle?
We will pro-rate a refund for you, and usually have it to you within 24 hours.

Do you do custom work?
Yes we do. We have rock solid associations with some very creative coders and designers. Please contact us to learn more about the design services we provide.

Do you know of any servers on which your horoscopes do not work?
So far our horoscopes have not failed on a single server.

May we use your horoscopes in email campaigns?
Yes you may. However, you may not call our pages over and over again as you go through your mailing list. This would create a tremendous extra load on our servers which might slow them down. 

Do you provide examples of how to set the horoscopes up and marketing hints?
Paid subscribers do have access to design examples and marketing tips.
